The Great Harvest Bakery in North Miami, FL aimed at creating a warm, homey and inviting space where customers could enjoy the freshly baked bread and a cup of coffee. The layout divides the public space into different ambiances: a more intimate corner with the longer built-in bench and warm lighting, a tall curved countertop facing the glass for the more voyeuristic customers, a fun children corner with a chalk wall ready to be doodled on, and a more casual café sitting under a "sky" of cage pendant lights.  The warm wood tones were used to contrast with the raw concrete floor and the industrial looking chairs, while the wheat inspired color palette and soft lighting was used to create a welcoming space akin with the company's philosophy.
